Frequently asked questions

1)    Can you deliver products outside the UK mainland? 

We currently only deliver to the UK mainland but hope to expand further afield in the future. 

 2)    What are the shipping costs and options? 

We use APC delivery service which takes one to three days. The cost of shipping is £7.00 with a minimum order of £20.  

If you are lucky enough to live in our beautiful hometown of Shrewsbury then we offer free delivery within a five mile radius. Deliveries are made on Sunday or Monday each week. Again, there is a minimum order of £20. Please select free local delivery at the checkout. 

If you live locally then you can also collect your order from our shop at 64 Wyle Cop, Shrewsbury SY1 1UX. stop. Please select click and collect at the checkout.

 3)    Can I return an order? 

If your order arrives with anything missing or broken, then please let us know straight away (drybychoice@outlook.com) and we will put it right for you. If you have changed your mind, then please return products in the original packaging within 14 days (again, contact us for details). 

 4)     I’m not sure what to choose! 

If you haven’t tried much alcohol-free beer before then let us help you choose. Use the chat button to discuss or maybe select a mixed box so you can try lots of different types. We love to chat so tell us what’s on your mind! 

5) Will you be expanding your range?

We will be adding more products every week, so please check the website, or subscribe to our mailing list and we'll notify you of new arrivals.  If there is a particular non-alcoholic beer you'd like us to stock, drop us a line.
